Public and Administrative Law.

McShanes have acted for Newry and Mourne District Council since 1978 advising across the ever expanding areas for which District Councils have statutory responsibility in Northern Ireland. We also act for Government Departments in Northern Ireland. Our experience in acting for these clients has allowed us to develop expertise in judicial review work, advising on Freedom of Information and on planning issues. We have the experience and knowledge of these complex areas of law to enable us to advise our clients in detail on the issues which they might encounter. The work has involved preparation of Court documentation, presenting cases in Courts and Tribunals in Northern Ireland.
