Wills
Our practical and jargon-free will-making service is designed to make your will as tax efficient as possible. Where necessary, we will visit you at home to arrange these matters.
We have direct access to a number of independent financial advisors. We can put you in touch with one of these if required.
A recent survey by the Law Society revealed that one in three people has not yet made a Will. If you are one of them, read on to find out why you should.
A question of choice
A Will is an expression of your personal wishes. If you don't make one then the law takes over. Its rules define who will act as your executors, who will be your beneficiaries - and in some cases how much of your estate they receive. Don't give up your right to choose who should benefit from your estate (and often as important - who should not).
If you would like to discuss your Will please do not hesitate to fill in our enquiry form or telephone us on 028 (048 from ROI) 3026 6611.
