Do you want to put a Will or EPA in place or to review your existing arrangements during this Lockdown?
Coronavirus (Covid-19) & Wills
The current pandemic puts into perspective how crucial it is to make a Will or update an existing Will and to have an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) in place.
At McShanes, we recognise that visiting us for a face-to-face meeting at our offices, is not possible, at the present time, particularly for those clients who are elderly and vulnerable given the Government’s current advice. We are able to offer our clients alternative options on how they interact with us – telephone, email, video call etc. all allow us to meet clients’ needs, whilst also ensuring the health and safety of our clients and staff.
If you want to put a Will or EPA in place or to review your existing arrangements, then call or email one of our Solicitors on the numbers below. We will take you through the process, from taking instructions through to execution of the Will.
